If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact product support Kent McKern at 254-776-8887. If you need service, contact service dispatcher Lynette Sweet at 254-776-8887. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, but we take emergency service calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and can dispatch a service technician to your facility at any time.
Statement of Guarantee

A-1 Fire & Security Equipment Company shall make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.
